I think all the topics or questions related to this site are present on this site written by the senior members. If we create the duplicate topics then that topics are deleted by the admin. As a junior member in this platform we need to be making or creating a unique topic that will useful to all the members of this platform this forum and to avoid mass deletion of post. Yes, it is good to have some posts about the forum and an explanation of the rules and advice to stay safe in the forum, but this forum exists for discussion about cryptocurrencies in general and not just to talk about the forum.
