Yes friends you can reply in the same topics but not in shirt time because if you're replying for same topics in very short time then that comment will not be counted. So I suggest you to reply your answers in some time distances some long time term. So it will be useful.

next to the topics there is an icon in the form of two messages, if it is empty- it means you have not answered this topic yet, if it is white- you have answered.

Well, it won't affect anything on your account. You can simply identify on which topic you made comment and which topic you Didn't by seeing the messaging logo before every topic. If it is whitish,  that means you Didn't make post yet.

nothing happens,its okay to reply again on a same topic as long as it is valuable and for discussion purposes,but if you are replying again on a topic just to earn and your just making a spam posts,well then,you might get deletion of post or worst get warning points.

Your account is not spamming ut but your posts are invalid and the administrators do not count it. I think it is normal to reply to a topic multiple times and.

Ya offcourse you people can reply in same topic but not in the same time you people should give some time space for replying command for the same post. In short period if you're posting for same command it won't take it as aa another command so you should give some long time term.

I also faced this challenge of knowing which post you have replied to since yesterday I no longer have this problem after meeting a post that gave me clear clarification and to know which topic you have replied to always check the massages symbol at the left side of the topic if the massage symbol is dark it means you replied to that topic already and if it is light it means you didn't reply to it thanks.

You only count for a comment and find each topic, so if you comment again, the topic may be deleted or nothing will happen as long as the comment is completely different from the first comment or if you respond to another person

Well I don't really know but I think there are specific signs which shows that you have commented on a post and the signs are very clear , the black spot like an SMS icon shows you have made a comment on that post while the white one shows no comment have been made by you .

It's not recommended to comment on the same post more than one time. To know if you commented on a post or not, check out the messages icon next to the topic. If it's white, then you haven't commented on the post and the opposite is true when it's black.
