It is more complex to give suggestions on what altcoin to be held because we know that many potential altcoins at the market, and that will depend on what exchange too. I think you can choose from the top 25 coins list, so you don't confuse to choose what coin to hold for a while. By choosing 25 coins list, I think you can analyze one by one of the coins, but that depends on how good your skills in analyzing every coin. You will find a sign on choosing the coin so you can get the right potential coins. We have a different method to buy, but I can give a suggestion to buy Bitcoin, ethereum, xrp, bch, litecoin, eos, atom, dogecoin, xlm, neo.

I think you can extend the list to select from top 50 coins, also lots of the coins that were in top 10 now had big drops for example Waves droped from 18 dollars to 0.8 and I think it can gain some good profits in future

Woah, to extend the list from the top of 50 coins will not easy bro, especially for new people who don't have many skills in analyzing. Yes, I see that a lot of coins have dropped already, and that will be our benefit to buy them at a low price. But choosing the top 50 coins will be worth to do because, from those coins, I am sure that we can get at least 10 plus or more coins as the potential coins. Maybe he needs to scan one by one from the coin list we gave so he can start to get and buy those coins.

It is difficult today to give some kind of guidance ... Personally, for myself, I would choose something from the top list. The first 10. I myself now hold only Bitcoin and a few more old coins. I keep SYS and Lend because I took it at a high price, I'm waiting for recovery.

Well, i have no idea on what crypto you should hold cuz I’m still young and i dont have enough informations about crypto. I just know that bitcoin is one of the best choices.

It is very hard to recommend any altcoins, but I would suggest that you invest in BTC and ETH which are relatively safe investments, if you are newbie.

NEO is one of the best choice for newbies and also add there Ethereum and Bitcoin.

I was not into this doge but lately I found it interesting to have some if of course it hits the price I am looking at to buy.

hi, What amount and how long hold? do you trader for income? them short-term.

If you have very few money and you can hold long-term invest in a low-value currency.

In Bitmex you can get money as long as you know how to get into the movements, and not leverage much, I think 25x is good when you do a study of the liquidations that occur, there is a great trading technique.

You should trade according to your abilities and your goal is to improve the currencies you are trading in, not to make money
You even reach a stage where you have powerful cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Litecoin

For sure XRP and BCH will out perform most of the coins in the market but do not forget that those most of the coins has no value at all. Out of 3000 coins/token out there only if 1% survives then may be we will see XRP and BCH there too because of the money and the central power they have.

In short time i personally trade bat, xrp, eos,  nano, steem. I also suggest to trade top 100 altcoin for trade in short period or you can choose those altcoin those have solid base

Not always. If you get into the wrong coin then you are going to lose everything. If anyone buying any altcoin to trade then it's okay but it is always suggested to have a 10% stop lose under the price one bought. This way one is not going to lose all if the market starts to decline.

I have had this bad experience with buying some alts long ago and I hope no one else face this like me.

Its good to diversify your investment. I think you should do market analysis before investment. If you want to have safe investment try to invest in Eth, Ltc, or BNB.

Well, I think there are some altcoins that have good prospects in the future (This is not an investment advice I hope you do some research first). The first is ETH, when this post was written eth only fell 2% compared to other altcoins which dropped almost 5% and above, the second was chainlink that focused on executing smart contracts to the real world, when this post was written, chainlink was in a positive trend position + 1% compared to other negative trend altcoins.
