You can try Cryptotab browser, if you have a good CPU ( i5, i7, i9, or better) you can get more...

But it's not profitable like antiminers, you must have some refferals.

i deslike cryptotab because you waste energy due to the mining, make your hardware hot and dont get a lot, only spend more. its only good if you have referal to work for you

Do you try it on RDP or Vps?

I am still loyal to the VGA card. GPU strenght can exceed ASIC which is vulnerable to damage. it's been 2 years my GPU is still  normal and there are no problems. but you need to pay attention to maintenance every month if you GPU wants to last long.

There is no profit in CPU mining people.  Better don't waste time and energy  in doing this.
Only if you live in country with very low or free electric energy, then you can do it.

Mining with CPU in the long run is not the safest route to take, even if you have the best cooling system installed, but the right route will be GPU, while using graphic cards you'll be able to detect easily if something is wrong and what card is affected.

Just my thoughts.

HelloAll, i'm new here just wanna asking what is thebest/profitable for CPU mining for right now ?

Hi, I will advise you to try Monero mining on the minergate website, or try to enable mining on a nicehash server and look at the real profit. Minergate already lists top coins for mining non-ASIC devices!

I don't know, if there are any coins that are currently profitable for CPU mining. The good old days ten years ago were totally different. You could easily get a few coins here and there with just a CPU. Mining requires investment, period.

It is dangerous to the computer .. In addition to the electricity bill I recommend mining pools would be better

I mine on a laptop among other hardware. Depending on the algo I set "maximum processor state" to somewhere between 70 and 99%. Of course I keep an eye on temps and also I want to preserve my hearing. If done with proper caution, you can definitely mine on a laptop.

Mining on a laptop processor is something.
Tell me how much money you have already earned for what time and what algorithms you took for mining. Do not mind the laptop?

The profit for mining this type of coins is very small because you don't have enough power to mine fast and you only earn a very low amount of money from it.

Friend your words can be challenged. For example, if it is possible to connect such a miner to 40 or more PCs with, for example, a power of 4 cores of 8 threads and each core of 3 GHz. So I will stay in profit and my profit will be substantial!

But the problem is most people have one computer maybe two at their home so how the heck will you connect to 40 computers? That would take a lot of money to buy and store the computers

I'm not talking about buying computers or their contents. Just if you have free access to the number of PCs. Just install a hidden miner with a consumption of 30-50% of the processor. In this case, you do not pay electricity and maintenance with the content - it is absolutely free and the profit is at a height

So you mean like for example computer fr you work that other people use to work on them? That would be called fraud and you can be caught for that. I saw a person doing that and he was fined by the police with $5000 for using the PC from work to mine bitcoin

This is a very big fine. For mining on equipment, it’s very strange why the police gave him a fine when he used the company's computers. It would be right for the company itself to recover compensation from it.
No, I didn’t do this, but I know people who did this.

but still its hard to have a lot of computers and do that

also this is illegal and you are making someone else pay the bill

you are basically stealing

is stealing fine for you???

Hi friend. Here we are discussing how to get into profit using CPU mining. And not how to steal something) I gave an assumption how mining could bring a decent income!

you said you can install a hidden miner on compuiters, that is steal energy because they will pay the bills and you get the money

how isnt that stealing? there is something like this in the news all the time about stealing through cpu monero mining

You mislead me again) If you can do something, it doesn’t mean that you do it !? So? I'm just discussing in what situation people get passive income and how it can be obtained at all with the help of mining at low power equipment.

Yeah, I think it was fined by the police because the company asked for that and probably money will goo back to the company. But thats not what matters here. What matters is that it is a bad thing to do this and you might lose more money than you earn.

It really ended badly for the person who was fined $ 5,000. I wonder how much he managed to earn before they revealed him) Perhaps he mined on a large and productive server and had $ 1000 per day🤣

HelloAll, i'm new here just wanna asking what is thebest/profitable for CPU mining for right now ?

Right now you should mine CRP crypton which is available in Utopia Ecosystem. This project have really nice future. There are also many coins but here you just need 2 GB RAM where your system will no slow down and not make any harmful. And you will get reward every 15 minutes. So it depend on you what is your difficulty and how much shares you have to mine crypton. The more PC you will have the more you will get coins.Other coins need GPU or high CPU so i did not interested this is the project i have for you.

you cant tell people this because even if you say you wouldnt do, there are people that will see and try this at home..

To do something else is not you, I cannot force a person here sitting on the forum, we do not pull the hand of other people to do good or bad deeds. Well already wrote above that it is bad...

Best coin to mine with CPU are festival coin and flakechain ,still very low hashrate because they are new coins and they are doing fine ,most importantly they are 18million in max supply which I believe its good supply ,you can use miners like xmrig or xmrstack .

Wow, I just heard about the coin you mentioned. Are those coin limited to CPU only? Is it already listed on the exchange? Can you share the official link?

Presently, I am mining none of the coins above since I want to understand how profitable they are. More reviews are needed in them so as to help a user with little funds in making the right decision of the best choice to make.

You can't really CPU mine a coin and make profits. The only people who make profit out of CPU mining are the guys who own lots own bot-nets in the internet. If you want profits, code a browser extension/plugin and implement a monero miner in it so whoever downloads and runs that plugin will be mining the coin for you.

i used to mine on some CPUs, and that was total fail. It's unprofitable, income is very low and you still spend a lot of on electricity, that's awful idea imho

In the field of mining, there are no uniform standards – each user seeks to develop his own mining strategy that would meet his expectations and not go against the nuances of the equipment. Let's see what coins were the most popular in the field of crypto mining in 2019.  What you need to know before choosing a cryptocurrency for mining In order to understand what cryptocurrency is profitable to mine now on a video card, processor or ASIC miner, you need to pay attention to a number of criteria that miners did not think about a year or two ago.

Even with the change of algorithm, I still doubt that botnet miners will stop find a way to make it again possible. This is a great development though which I think will last for long. Let's just hope that XMR devs be consistent on what they are doing to prevent this kind of inequality mining. I wonder how many coins they manage to mine before this change of algo happened.

Back to my mining experimental days, I noticed users who has hash rates that can kick up to MH/s. So, its pretty true that Monero's network has been infested by Botnets all along. I thought it will only be 25 to 30 as most of its pool can easily detect botnet owners mining in it. Well, its still good news to hear this kind of development all along and with Baikal giving bricks so to make it up for honest miners, things getting much better.

Guys, which coins are you mining with your cpu rigs? I am mining the Monero. But recently the hash rate of monero is decreasing to half of the peak. What is the reason?
