Why can't I reply on certain topics?

Is the topic you want have locked icon on the left? Because if yes, the admin or the creator of the post restrict the comments of other members because sometimes the post talks only to the rules so comments is not important and also to avoid spamming.

The cryptotalk forum is open to all topics you can post on almost anything, but in some cases, because of certain posts the administrator forbids commenting on other posts in the future You have no rules that you can't comment on a specific topic.

Yes it can be happen often when these topic so many replies then next reply not post on them.

There is nothing said that can't reply on the certain topic of the comment written by the people they can write in any of the certain topic.

Hi my friend, There is no rule about not allowing anyone to post except in the event of a warning and a ban from posting temporarily

May be good as a result of you are not qualified to reply to some posts as a newbie or maybe the topic has reached it's limited number of replies and so has closed from further answers.

There are rules that you can not comment to all posts. If you are a newcomer than in the forum some posts are pinned and you can not post comments on those posts because they are restricte. That's why you can not comment on every posts.

If its your first day then some threads are not open for you. So you need to boost your account for a day 3 or 4 and reach 100 post, during that time you can reply on almost all threads in this forum

What do you mean anyway that you can't reply other comment here? Because, so far I don't see anything that stopping me to reply other comments here dude. Or you might be shy replying on others comment here in the forum mate?

Some users tend to  lock further comments on post thread, for reason by self known to them. Some do this as like stop acts of copying others post, so as to reduce repetitive comments on their post, which might be removed or not

There is no rules that said here that you cant reply here in a certain topic, because topic here cant be locked. so you can really give into opinions into any topics in this forum mate.

I don't think it happen because you are new. Try to check the post carefully. Here you will see a lock option which means this post is locked. No one post comment on this. The post writer turn off the comment box for all.

Actually some time cryptotalk moderator locked few topics. Then we can't reply this certain topic. It is not a big problem

You can posts in other sections besides the newbies section, you just need to reply in topics that you know and if you don't know the topic well you may search it in the internet. Don't be have second thought to reply in the other section.

No it is not only for you, that topics are closed for further reply we cant comment on that topic. Other than a warn or prevented account for posting is also unable to post due to some warning points.
