Hi, sorry the service looks like it will transfer the tokens fast using this site, I thought they pay something when we use their site. I don't have EOS wallet at the moment and using android wallets I feel unsafe.

yes, I and a lot of my friends used it in the past, it still provides CPU actively. If you have an EOS account, type and try. There are many similar service providers on the internet.

I think it was a token or something, it's an intermediary to send EOS or even EOS tokens elsewhere, wallet .. that's what I understand now.

You're thinking it the wrong way.

Simple explanation. In order to use the "EOS network" you first need to have an active EOS wallet. And in order to activate that EOS wallet, you need cpu/ram. This website that OP has shared gives free cpu/ram, using the website your EOS wallet will be activated, then you can freely use your wallet to send/receive EOS or EOS based tokens.

You need to hold a few amount of eos token to get an emergency cpu from that site. And nothing to do with earning free coin and whatsoever. You must borrow CPU, RAM and Network to use EOS network by staking your eos token.

I already did this step but I got bad luck the fund is not available this moment please try again later. Finally I use block.io with similar step can give me 125 eos for 1 month with 0.5 eos as fee. CPU become biggest problem since November 2019, may users use CPU for mining purposes, finally loan CPU closed because over limit.

EOS has 1,042,842,479 total supply. Now multiply it by 500... It is simply impossible for EOS to go 500. even 100 is hardly believable.

This may seem like an interesting project and it looks great, it's free, but I think your time will be plenty, but it's okay to give users some CPUs in a positive way.
