  1. Do you love taking selfies? Do like traveling and taking photos? Bmy.guide just launched an all new campaign! Earn Bitcoins and Guide Tokens with your Photos!! Visit the campaign thread (LINK ON MY SIGNATURE) for more details.
  2. Why would it be unusual? Cryptocurrencies especially as Bitcoin is known for its volatility. No trader in this world and even those so called "experts" would be able to predict its price movement. If you've been around the crypto-world for quite sometime now, you'll know this to be true.
  3. For now, with the current setup, rewards system through pay per post. New newbie restrictions. New sections. Swift actions from forum moderators against spam/non-sense posts. Overall, Yes. Quite satisfied. I do hope it will remain as great as this so everyone could have a great time on this forum.
  4. Thanks. And Yes. It's me. LOL. There's no one else that has the same unique avatar as me. haha. Bounty0x pays with their own native token right? I think BountySuite has a bit of transparency especially regarding the accumulated stakes of all the participants. They seem to still keep the traditional spreadsheet on each campaign they handle. I'm just not sure about the legitimacy of the projects listed there though.
  5. The problem with these bounty platforms is some of them have no transparency. Bounty hunters wouldn't know if the managers themselves have cheated into the campaign. Some bounty platforms doesn't even pay directly your bounties. It's best to do your own research and pick one that is active on some known cryptocurrency forums such as Bitcointalk. Soon, since bounties sections has also been added here on Cryptotalk, bounty hunters can now also choose for any active bounty campaign that will be listed there.
  6. You're thinking it the wrong way. Simple explanation. In order to use the "EOS network" you first need to have an active EOS wallet. And in order to activate that EOS wallet, you need cpu/ram. This website that OP has shared gives free cpu/ram, using the website your EOS wallet will be activated, then you can freely use your wallet to send/receive EOS or EOS based tokens.
  7. Sure. Why not? Not just your local water supplier but all service providers, sellers, merchants and what not. This is one of the visions for Bitcoin. To be accepted as a mode of payment in exchange for any service/product. But, this is also so far from being implemented yet. The governments will have to accept cryptocurrencies first before this happens and this as we know could take a very long time.
  8. Forum rules prohibits anyone from totally using translators. Source But, in my opinion, there's no harm on using a translator as long as those who are using it don't just immediately posts it without even checking the integrity of the contents. Often times, these translated posts are harder to comprehend since it often contains drastic grammatical errors. If in the future, local board languages are implemented, maybe we will see less of these type of posts outside their respective local boards. So, hopefully such feature will be implemented soon.
  9. This is expected especially on a forum that's just starting up. Some new members doesn't know the meaning behind each sections/boards yet and doesn't even know what to post on a particular section or board. Another problem are those bots who encourages these type of topics/threads by responding on it with random non-sense instead of reporting it to the moderators. What we as users can do is to just report any thread/topic we see that are in a wrong board/section and hope that the moderators will act on it swiftly.
  10. Sure you can implement guidelines and force some rules into this forum but the question is, will all the users follow it? People are unpredictable and you cannot in any way command someone to do or follow anything, (unless maybe if you pay him/her).
  11. Already did, by the time I've posted that post you've just quoted, moderators have already deleted those posts. Hopefully, those accounts will also be banned to avoid them running rampant on this forum posting non-sense.
  12. Replying to this thread again 'cause I think I just saw a clear example of these bots at work. Take a look at the image. Clearly these three accounts which are posting on a topic about "bounty campaign" are bots. These accounts are all talking about "mining" and are clearly off-topic. Either they are bots or the one using these are just stupid enough not to read the topic they are posting to. BTW, I've already reported these posts and at the time of this post, mods have already deleted it. ๐Ÿ˜„
  13. Seeing as you only have a few pennies to spare, in my opinion, No. Don't run a bounty campaign yet. Why? This forum currently do not have that much traffic and it isn't that much popular on any investor/trader. Currently, most users are just here to post and get paid, when you run a campaign, expect it to be flooded with the same people who are only participating on your bounty just to get paid, some might even try and cheat by enrolling multiple accounts and bots which we know are currently plenty on this forum. I suggest you wait 'til this forum gets enough real users that are a mix of everyday traders/investors/bounty hunters.
  14. Report anyone using google translators. Why? It's against the forum rules so it shouldn't be tolerated. This might sound really bad, but, if they can't make constructive posts in English, they should just stay on the local board. (Problem is, we don't have that many local board languages available lol) Source: General Rules of Cryptotalk.org As for the bots, I don't think there's any possible way to tell if a user that is making post is a bot or not. If any of you guys know any way, then feel free to share.
