yea i think no country will accept the use of crypto because if its stolen or hacked who will reimburse those who lost it? thats why they need it to be regulated

because not all country can afford bitcoin in their market as money. and bitcoin is not yet known in some country or places in your country or not all of the people are aware of bitcoin. some government can afford bitcoin so they can approve bitcoin to their country but some don't.

If you try to find a even a single law to illegal bitcoin or crypto currencies, you will never find a single law about that in many of countries. Governments are mostly like afraid of bitcoin and crypto currencies as it is not created by any super power but by a normal man which is already a mystery.

The issue all countries not accepting Bitcoin has to be viewed from the Government perspective. It is the duty of a country to protect their citizens, so if they think the asset is not safe for the country, it is their duty to keep protective measure for their citizens. But I know if they are convinced enough, they will accept it.

There are indeed some countries that do not legalize bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies because they feel that crypto is fake and has no value at all. It is because they find crypto as a threat to their local currencies. Many governments also dont allow this because of security reasons,as transactions in crypto can be done through online easily,so they are worry that it may be use for crimes.

Yes those are the main reasons most governments cite against Bitcoin, but that line of argument is usually from the poor and developing countries whereas the developed one are legalizing and fast embracing the technology. In the light of that development, one can see that the argument against Bitcoin are cover-ups by the developing countries because they know Bitcoin has got what it takes to expose their ineptitude.

there's a lot of doubt and issues regarding to the bitcoins that's why not all countries accept bitcoin because the bitcoin is not stabilized coin. in market there's a time that will increase or decrease that coin depending on the market how they hold that. however it was a great and helpful moves when they accepted bitcoin to all countries.
