Being a beginner is difficult because you have to have 100 posts first, which is very difficult to post consistently in order to reach 100 posts is very tiring. I don't know if people over here really  do negative rating on the post of newbies but if they do that than it really can discourage the newbies .Am also a newbie i don't know if someone will do that to me how would that feeling effect me but surely can say it will leave negative effects on me So please seniors instead of giving negative marks guide us and correct us so that we can earn and learn at the same time

Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.  Because, most of the time they post any content and end up with negative ratings.  Because, they don’t understand and follow the rules in the beginning.  Other members always treat them badly.  So, I just want to say this, help the Nawabs to grow up and inspire them.  And for newborns I want to say this, be patient and stay calm.  Focus on your goal.  You will surely find your way to success.

I don't think newbies are treated badly here until they violate the rules of the forum So for a newbie first thing yo do a the forum is to read the rules and regulations and should follow them while creating posts then surely they will no treated badly.
