I have heard and read many sites talk and write about API and i really want to know how it functions. i read that APIs can alter buying and selling. i desperately need someone to update me in this.

It is a way for you to connect between platform. Maybe you should ask questions about cryptocurrency here. But it's up to you. Maybe you want to use the trading bot.

It is a integration, in the field that we are interested in Yobit has some API associated with its Wallets to Withdraw, deposit through Advcash, Payeer, Perfect Money.

It just helps to remotely perform actions on one's profile without actually being logged in. Basically, the functions you get to control remotely are the ones you enable the API for. However, the watchword is to be careful with the details of your API security and key as they can be worthy tools to cause you harm if it gets into the wrong hands.

The full form of API is Application Programming Interface. This is a programmers thing. Who developed any Wallet or the payment receiver method they use it. This includes many things like a particular program, protocols, functions. We can use it a definite key by which we make payment to a definite wallet.
