That is a common problem with almost all the wallets. But if you consider to look forward about the popularity of the wallets then you can easily see that coinomi is also in the top list. And that's why people use it still for its features. And the wallet will give good responses to the users and it is doing  that from now. So the wallet won't be disappear i guess so easily.

Coinoni is a good wallet and I think it makes a good income through sending fees and I think if you decide to close the wallet then you will mention it on its official website

I have a noob question though. How do we know that the wallet isn't transmiting the private key to some dev's server. Wouldn't it be possible to code a wallet the moment it is creating the private key to also sent it to the dev? I guess that open source wallets can be audited by other developers which we will trust with their word. Still I've seen many things happening, isn't there a possibility that the private keys leak when using a certain wallet? I'm not talking about coinomi, but in general.

No they have a support but dont ask for registration like other wallet ,but i dont think they can close at any time it's a good wallet and have a good reputation dont worry about that

If some sort of wallet is about to make a scam exit, you are not even able to withdraw your funds. You should be extremely careful before choosing any sort of cryptocurrency wallets to store cryptocurrencies.

coinomi is really a popular as well highly reputable wallet , infact I Also used it . but I never faced any problems to contact coustmer support . I think their should a Telegram channel ( I Think ) you can contact via their team with email .

Ala very good not to have only one wallet, having others that are not coinomi in addition to the coinomi wallet is good. I have not seen any non custodial wallet closed before, but anything can happen.

I had not listen any news or any email that coinomi wallet is closing, the wallet has many users and if the wallet is closing than they intimate you before closing, you should join there social media groups for any such details , if they are closing they tell and gave you time to withdraw your funds so mate do not panic with the fake news in market.

It is not possible that coinmi wallet is closed .It is very popular wallet .But if by chance it is closed than you have your private key .Coinmi is non custadial wallet so if it is closed then you can login to other wallet using your private key.
