You can follow them in social media or subscribe their newsletter on the main page for news up date. All wallet use on line media to reach their customer and some of the use phone number to send notification. Try to search again and ask into other coinomi customer maybe something miss from you.

its is impossible coinomi is a popular wallet a lot of people use it to save their money they wont close their app but you can get your wallets private key

Hope so coinoni will not close. Unfortunately, if coinoni will close than they notify you. Best way to update about coinoni is that you can follow coinoni newsletter. Actually, coinexchange is going close but they notify everyone by mail.

But coinomi is not scam wallet, but it is the one of the most trusted mobile wallets thats support multiple currencies. I'm just talking about coinomi support cause they not use emails while you are creating the new mobile wallet

Yeah, OK.  Don't worry about anything because the company with your private keys will surely do the right thing.

 

Heard that one before.  It's no wonder why people get scammed.  If you keep any coins in a wallet, make sure you're the only one who controls your private keys, because if you don't know if someone else has access to them, someone probably *does*.  And you're just waiting to get scammed.

Why would the wallet service will close ? we must not think about that matters , if then lets think what will happen if blockchain wallet is closed ? or what will happen if  binance is closed ? , if they are going to close their services they will give us notice and we can withdraw our assests

No wallet or platform will close before they told the users before that it is impossible so don't worry about that at all. and use trusted wallet and platforms..

If they close, the wallet will still alive because it's a non custodial wallet. If they close, you can continue to open it and withdraw your coins. If they close, he dont get update anymore. There is no problem, just open it and withdraw to another wallet.

they have support, they are active on a lot of socials, reddit, telegram, twitter.

but if they decide to shutdown the platform, nothing happen to your funds because your coins are in the blockain and they are not kept by  them.

so if they close you will just import you seed into another wallet

Coinomi is a non-custodial wallet, that means your funds are not in their hands, your funds are in the blockchain so, if Coinomi team stop their activity, you just have to import your address to another wallet simply by using the private keys. Because it's a non-custodial wallet, you are the only one who can access to your pivate keys... That's why wallets like Coinbase or Blockchain are not good....

You are right, because it is a non-custodial wallet, even if they close you can access your funds with the private keys. It is a nice wallet

I have note actually used this wallet before but if you want to stay updated with the news of the wallet then i would suggest that you interact with them on social media as this is where most of the wallets communicate with their users. I hope, for your sake, that this wallet does not shut down. But i don't think they will as my research shows that they are quite stable.
