Good announcement from prime minister but how they can use new technology and spread it into their citizen if half of them still don't know about crypto?. Educated people must do first before release the product and regulation. Don't worry about other country that already start because their economy stability is the bet.

For me, I think they should legalize crypto because this is for the good of their people and also their country, this will make their country's transactions faster and easier. Also cryptocurrency is run by blockchain technology, so it can make their transactions and money safe and secured.

India can barely work this their own national currency because the inflation rate is so high and the salaries are so low. Do you really think they would manage working with cryptocurrencies? Besides that a lot of people in India don't even have internet connections

They are not unambiguous, they prohibit it and then officially accept it again. If they legalize cryptocurrency, it will not be worse for them.

If India done this then huge bullish news for crypto market but unfortunately there is no time scale is India going to launch it's own crypto coin or accepting crypto market or not.

It will be good if India will do this so the acceptance of crypto currencies will continue to grow and I saw also that there are plenty of users, investors and project owners that came from India so when it happen I am pretty sure that it will be easy for them to cash out their profit.
