Sadly Turkey recent actions by their government has made talks about entering the European Union collapse. I know that most Turkish people want to be part of Europe and it will be better for all to have co operation but it is some actions that are made only by a government that is isolated and aggressive. I separated this from the Turkish people. I commented and given an approach about cryptocurrencies and explained what happens. The Turkish lira is down 90% in two years. It is the turkish people that pay for the mistakes of a government and the fiat currency manipulation. With Bitcoin they can save themselves from the mistakes of governments and central banks. The meaning of what I said was that in Euro the currency would have been protected and Turkish people know this. The European Union has more than just a currency. They don't accept authoritarian regimes like the turkish govenment that is aggressive making wars with neighbor countries and extorting with the lives of millions of refugees.

Blockchain and crypto conventions were always a place that was full of possibilities for having some good ideas heard in an interested public. It was a way for many interested to learn a few more things about the technology that could become a part of the financial future. I was expecting more bankers and economists to joine the conventions and perhaps when covid is over these conventions will be a lot better.
