Wow, that is a lot of money! I wish I could see that amount in my cold wallet. But then again, that's not all their money. Probably most of it belongs to their users. Imagine if that exchange disappears suddenly! Lots of people will be crying.

De facto this is now their Bitcoins... as only they hold private keys.
This is what I try to explain to people...moment when you send Bitcoin to exchange it is not your bitcoin anymore.

I think bitcoin cold wallet is a good choice for the exchange people bitcoin will be very safe on binance when a hacker gets thru he wouldn't be able to take everything from binance and its thousand of customers.

What I noticed is that in October their usd balance decreased against a net increase in BTC balance, did they know beforehand that btc price will move (from 7800 to 9000 usd) ???

Yes... it is possible that they where some part of market manipulations...
but I think it is connected with USDT Tether

Actually that's not a huge amount of bitcoin for legendary bitcoin holders. There are a twin brother who holds more than 1 million bitcoins ( not sure about this. Some says it's a rumor).

As I know the binance cold wallet for bitcoin is about worth more than 300,000 bitcoins wich is the 2nd richest wallets in the world wich the first wallet is unknown wallet of satoshi nakamoto wich is holding more than 1 millions of bitcoin.

Maybe that is the cold wallet i mean the could wallet should hold more coins than the hot wallet, so if a hot wallet has 246,883 Bitcoin then a could could cross the limits that i do not want to believe.

Usually, our Binance Cold Wallet will work properly to protect Bitcoin.  And the amount of customers in this cold wallet and the currency format given here shows that we need the cold wallet.

I think cold wallet is a good choice for those people who trade and mine their currencies .The bitcoin cold wallet security is very tough because their is lots of people are saving their money.

No wonder they are now the number one exchange in the market, and with that huge amount they can beat the competition and they can do a lot of marketing, they can earn even more because they are charging huge amount of Bitcoin for listing a coin.

Binance store the huge number of BTC profits into their cold wallet to minimize the risks of the hacking. If there is the huge number of the withdrawal or the deposit requests--they might take sometimes to process because they need to store bigger amount in the cold wallet.
