You can call your coin any name you like but it is good to know and realize that it is not name of a coin that matter, it is the project itself, a coin with good name but bad a bad project will just be a dead project. Be careful because your ideas of having your own currency requires capital and some utility to be worth money and can be listed, I think the name already exists and can cause you legal problems, you should rethink your idea for the name.

I haven't looked if there is another coin by that name already but it seems this will be very good idea. However you will need a lot more to think about about your plans with this coin. Yes, dear @teminalibug Popcoin is a great name because it gains people's attention with its uniqueness. You should check to see if this name is already taken or not, as you have posted the name of your desired token, there is a possibility that someone will grab this name before you. So it will be unavailable for you. As you asked about what would I call my coin? I don't give the exact name because there are chances that someone else will catch up that name before me as they find the name attractive.
