I don't know ever when bitcoin is going to rise and when it will drop. I would suspect that lately we have risen a lot with some technical terms fomo and some news that were already priced in and usually this should have been sold but whatever the whales decided to hodl because some bank said so. Maybe if you are  dumb in this market you can make money.

It reached 10k and then dropped to 3k again. So this was no bull run and the one that we have today is not one either. It can drop to 3k again for no reason.

I am afraid to say it yet. We have failed two times now with bull runs in 2019 and later this year so maybe we can be safe later after making a new all time high and make a parabolic rise above 100k, maybe close to 200k! I know it is unrealistic but the same was back in 2017.
