Yes, I overcame this addiction myself, just once I counted my Deposit history and replenishment history and was horrified, $ 100 Deposit and $ 20 withdrawal, since then I no longer gamble

yes it is, i was addicted and become a gambler after playing free dice at yobit. I had air coin that i bought it by deposit real money. I manage to get few profits or i won lot of dice roles that i have been played. but one moment came and i lost every thing. it made me crazy and decided to deposit more and more so that i can win and recover my loses.

Thats very sad to hear. i hope your friend is doing alright now. We should never bet more than what we can afford to lose and we should never give in to that feeling that tells us to bet more. Betting is way more riskier than general trading so one must have a good self control before trying it.

Yeah, I think gambling is a very dangerous addiction. Once we dive into the gambling, it would be lot difficult for you to get out from it until you lost all your assets. 

I was also once addicted to gambling. At first I got some earning. But when I started losing, my mind wasn't in my control and I bet higher and higher amount to overcome my loss but I lost everything at last. 

So, I quitted gambling after that. Now I earn on my own efforts. 

So stay far from gamblings. Because the greed of getting rich in very less time may lead to the loss.

Doing gambling only with money you can afford to lose. Many people especially new in this industry, will enjoy and addicted playing game, but they forget all their money already moved to gambling sites. Overall yes gambling is so addicted, they control our brain to have a fun.

Yes gambling can be dangerous if the person is really addicted to gambling.

Your example is because they can't control their emotion and have poor mindset. They gamble with their money for life like their saving, salary, or that can be debt. Take a loan from friend or family to gambling is really stupid idea. 

If win yes you can pay it, but i think you will greedy until you realize you get lose streak and no money again.

Yea that is right only use money you can afford to lose. But sometimes we forget about that rules, so we take small money from our saving, but repeated repeated again until you realize the saving is gone.

That is can happen if we too greedy for winning, like if bet 1 cent can get 2 cent, why not put 1 dollar and we can get some bucks.

Or if we loss we want recover as fast as possible, so we take deposit with any money we see.
