I haven't heard of this wallet before. darar number of the world such as coinbase and trust wallet which you could use as wallets to save store and transact cryptocurrencies. I think it is always safe to go with trusted wallet that way you could avoid many kind of scams and traps. Hope you would get your problem solved soon.

When you want to use any Wallet for your favourite coins just search if the coins you want is supported or is under maintenance for a long time,if there is problem use the Wallet if not choose another one,but in your case you need to change your cardamom to another coin in the atomic Wallet just like swapping them to the supported coin and then withdraw them,this the only way in my opinion to get your money back

Brother you required a wallet because cryptocurreny are safely hold by those wallet or else there is a great chance of losing of money always try to maintain a good wallet with many safety measures which could help people from hackers.

I also have never tried without a wallet am always using a wallet and thats one thing that am so happy about , but the one am using right now , someone complained just the other day that all her assets just disappeared all her crypto in the wallet and so she could not get back to the crypto and that made her afraid of that wallet so there is no advice for me

I use atomic wallet and I have never had problem technical support attends you immediately, as for recovering your balance through the private keys of course you can do it look for a cardboard wallet and then give it to import wallet

@Captin Yes mate. You are right and i agree with you friend. I don't think Cryptocurrency affect wallet as the wallet is meant for all Cryptocurrencies irrespective of the type of the currency. I think the team will surely be aware of the problem and will get it fixed.

I do not think that there is any way to access your Cardano. I think that the best thing that you can do so far is to try to contact the supporting team of the atomic wallet and they can tell you the best solutions for that.

Private key is something essential for the transfer issues and for creating wallets, I have never deal with the atomic wallet but I heard a bit about it.

You can recover your card balance with your private key , but you must create a new wallet and restore the balance with your private key, Atomice wallet is my personal wallet since a long time and technical support has always been attentive to my queries
