This is true, my friend, the steps that you mentioned. You can see the members who have the highest reputations in the forum, but your path is not exhaustive. There are many members who have a good reputation, but have not reached the point of their name appearing in the leaders

Well i can say that reputation attracts more members to our readings. But the good post that attracts reputation.  Reputation is needed for this forum grow but we shouldn't focus in this. You have given a good information as it is related to this forum. But we can see our highest personal in yobits cryptotalk page. Where we can see our daily reputation and tge basis of previous average. Reputation makes us happy and motivated.

Improve quality of posts by improving the standards of your posts .

It is simple and easy if today you took your time and learn from the various publications my friend, you just need to go to your profile and from those given options you will see leadership board at the end click in to it and then change the default option to daily, their wills how you the top contributors with highest reputations and even the topics with highest points.
