I also advise that some would you grammar checking websites. Some post has good topic, but they cannot deliver it well due to grammatical errors.

Yes it is OK to say for using simple words but I think there are many members belongs to different countries and obviously they have different opinions and thoughts . So I would suggest to make the post however the words are difficult or simple but post should be useful constructive and meaningful having no violation of rules , like copy-paste,  multiple accounts etc.  So be careful here if you creat the useful post you will paid and if not then your posts will delete. Creating a (unique) new topic each time might be a difficult task, as it needs a lot of research to do that. And we all know posting the similar existing topic is not allowed. So, every user must be focused on creating topics that are unique and is based on one's own knowledge and understanding.

Yeah, off course your topic is informative for all the users especially for the newbies. I also noticed that some newbies don't know in which section the created topic should upload. I saw some topics of mobile application and software in the beginners section that is not good. One should have complete sense and knowledge before making new topics otherwise he will be warned.

Secondly, as you said some experts in English language use difficult wordings while making new topics. Some members cannot fully understand the topics because they are not expert in English. So try to make topics in easy wordings. Thank you.

Thank you for this guide line, I think posting is one of the most difficult thing in this platform, even some of the old members find it difficult to publish new topics. The problem is not about publishing a new post it about what to post and who to read it. I will like advice all members pease let try and create time  for reading post  to motivate the writer.
