Yes of course we can do it but when we criticize someone make sure that what we say is true and there is a source so that we can support our explanation through them especially when they have additional questions I think

Well you are right most people agree with anything a person post either it's right or wrong. But I also witnessed a person giving negative reputations on a topic that has no clue. Not every one here agree with a clueless topic. Because clueless topics will lead many people out of the way.

yes to everyone is free to give his own point of view if you find the topic against the rules or anything which is not a suitable and is against your own personal views so you should give your opinion and also criticize if he is wrong so it's not a method that you will have to agree every time to every person in this forum.

You are right my friend some times we don't agree to create any topic . I think if topic is meaningful and informative and if the topic is right then we should be create the topic in easy words . We should don't use harsh words in the topic because it is not allowed in this forum .
