I know about the lightning network it is something related to reduce the transactions speed of the blockchain technology. I think ripple coin has this service already or am i wrong?

This is a great news for the electruem users. Because lightning network charges the minimum low fees to all the users. That's why i  guess this initiative will be taken in a good way by all the users. I never used the wallet before. But if it is added then i will also work through it and also encourage others to do the same here. Through this network we can actually find another revolution in electruem.

There are many posts here and really too much information. The original post is created many months ago too and the publisher is not active now. I wanted to ask if someone has any news on the Electrum wallet update that will integrate LN transactions. I guess it hasn't been released yet as we would have known about it, still anyone has a release date perhaps?

This is a good news though am not using electrum wallet. I like a wallet that will have many options for withdraw to their users. Electrum is a good wallet because they have many features and thats why is among the top 5 online wallets.

A beta version of Electrum 4.0 with Lightning Network support showed up in 2020-06-24. The network is still experimental, and Electrum is one of the first Bitcoin wallets to support it. Yes I know about lightning  network  enabled feature from Electrum wallet.  It is already proven to be the safest wallet to store Bitcoin. I am using this wallet without any problem and difficulties. Good news that developers are adding more feature.
