Governments and Dual Decisions Regarding CryptoCurrencies

US Bitcoin ban:
US President Donald Trump has imposed a ban on Bitcoin cryptocurrency, especially after it has become a safe haven for smugglers, traffickers, drugs, and sex. Some countries and entities subject to US sanctions have become cryptocurrencies because they have no censorship or Belonging to any country.
On the other hand, there are 5 or 7 states where cryptocurrencies are freely used. The largest and most famous trading platform is based in Los Angeles, and the largest mining station in the world is located in America.

The situation is not limited to the United States alone, but there are countries that arrest citizens who trade in digital currencies, while the state is investing or mining, another type of looting,
In the end, I want to thank everyone who has read this report and I want to thank the owner of this forum because it pays us money for expressing and exchanging views despite the natural differences that divide us.

Bitcoin will never be a currency and replace any dominant currencies like Dollar, Euro, or Yuan. Bitcoin has a store value and acts like gold. The supply of BTC is limited. Dollar's is not.

Unfortunately, bitcoin is not scalable enough to provide those high transaction volume. It still struggles because of low tps (7 transactions per second).

Bitcoin never needs to replace any fiat currency.  Bitcoin is a crypto currency.  There is nothing to ban! It’s matter of taxation whenever it’s involved a capital gains.  Speaking of taxes, Trump is having trouble to hide his these days that he may need U.S. Supereme Court to appeal his case next.

I heard Canada is a Wild West when it comes to money launder with crypto, is that right? 🙂

Blockchain records are more permanent and true than any other records.  What does any government have to worry about?

Remember something, when it comes to prohibitions it becomes more tentative to do everything to violate those rules, Bitcoin is about money, when people wake up and see the potential in technology taking advantage of Bitcoin, do you think they will follow the prohibitions?

Exactly. However, somehow I need to clean my capital gain money because I don't want to worry about any tax claim in the future. That's my nightmare!

I’m gonna keep checking the local college catalogs.  Whenever I see Crypto CPA Major, then we know Bitcoin is about to reign Wall St 🙂

On a serious note, government will hire specialists to deal with crypto and blockchain technology.  Whether it is in law, taxes, or law enforcement, just as they have been dealing with fiat and precious metals..

And Congress, Law Makers in various levels will need to learn about crypto and write new law for us all to follow.

They only need to quit assuming crypto enthusiasts are often a bunch of scammers or bad guys who try to evade taxes or want to aid terrorists to hurt the innocent victims.

Btw, the latest finding from US Treasury that most terrorists still use the fiat system.  As soon as they learn how to use crypto, the crypto community will help law enforcement to bust them.  That is what government should be thinking.

I don't know well but I think every state in the US has its own law and do the things their own way. Trump can say what he wants, but decisions are not entirely taken by him, so that's why there are states where mining and crypto is entirely legal and it's a normal economic activity.

I think that US President Donald Trump would like to impose a ban on everything he does not like, and this ridiculous argument that Bitcoin is a safe haven for criminals is an empty argument but rather the main goal is to prevent countries over which America exercises an economic embargo from evading this ban through Bitcoin.

Of course some Government and authorities have a doubt in this kind of concepts because Crypto Currency is uncontrollable unlike fiat system. But on the other side this banning must not happen because all of the bad effects are done by the users not the Crypto Currency itself because as we know Crypto Currency have a good purpose.

I don't really understand how the United States government works but sometimes the state gets special privileges such as cryptocurrency. Although from the center it is in the field but in some places like you said it is legal, Anyway I only hope that crypto will be fully legal in the United States because of that become an example for various countries and may be followed later.

Cryptocurrency and blockchain are very developed in the USA and this can be viewed in the online chart. It captures many points, especially mining. The fact that Trump said something about cryptocurrencies, it matters.

In the some areas of the world where the crypto currency is legal and in some areas the crypto currency is illegal. But the government also take initiative of the crypto currency and every government tries to make their own crypto currency

All the rumors has pushed the state to ban it or limit it as they have seen unstable security that could to loss of lots of money. The government itself has the power to regulate it but decided to prohibit it rather than supporting.

I think right now there are just a speculation about government, authorities  or banks...etc I dont think that right now with the cryptocurrency actual situation will be adopted buy government or any other sector! is not possible because his illegality and no price stable.

I don't think Donald Trump announced about bitcoin bann or not. I think the application of crypto is on pending. Now he is busy to make his country border wall.
