Bitcoin instead of Dollar !!

Bitcoin does not scale. There is no such way that bitcoin could ever be used for payroll, purchasing food, paying for housing, transportation costs, funding corporations, manufacturing, agriculture, mining, investment savings, etc. It is technically not possible to replace the Dollar Just my opinion.

Bitcoin will never replace dollar, imagine having fees of 10+$ to transfer bitcoin to another wallet or pay for a coffee. It is not possible, maybe another crypto but definetely not the Bitcoin we know today.

The Dollar is the king of fiat in the world.
BItcoin is the king of crypto in the world.
In the near future, the king of crypto is unlikely to overtake the king of fiat.
For this to happen one day, a kind of semi-decentralized central bank would be needed, partly managed by the current central banks, which controls the price of BTC to stabilize it and make it a stablecoin with little transfer fees and no mining.

No, this will not happen, the dollar is the national currency, replacing it with bitcoin, which is not tied to anything, prices will most likely begin to collapse, and besides, how can people buy food if now bread costs 0.0001 BTC, and in a minute 0.00015? Will sellers have to change price tags every minute or what?)

I think it is impossible for this to happen now, because the dollar is a very strong currency in the world, but I believe that in other smaller countries with precarious economies it may be a good idea

Bitcoin wont replace dollar, its just does not make any sense, dollars is recognized and used worldwide at transactions between countries, the fact of bitcoin could replace would be the end of fiat currencies. In future when bitcoin will become more popular then it will may be possible that bitcoin will replace dollar but I think it will take more than one century.

This topic has already been talked about a lot lately. Nobody wants fiat money nowadays, at least a large% of people who know about BTC know that it is better to have their money in this currency than not in a devalued usd. The incorporation into society of thousands of ATMs to be able to convert your BTC into fiat money to make a purchase or something like that has prompted many to look to BTC. The usd each day loses its value compared to the BTC and will continue to do so, the supply and the demand so demand it and logically the moment will come when to acquire a bitcoin you will have to give a good amount of usd. You cannot go crazy and change all your usd to bitcoin, but if a good part of the savings I prefer to have them in bitcoin and make a profit with them in the future.

I don't see any reasons why dollar should be replaced. The governments obviously won't allow that to happen. It could happen if all countries make rules and legality about bitcoin, and replace their fiat with bitcoin. if not, so bitcoin is unlikely to replace the dollar because there has been no legitimate recognition from the states.

friend this is not possible, or rather, in the future, currencies will most likely be all digital (indeed if you notice even now the euros as paper dollars circulate little, they are mostly credit cards), but surely it will not be bitcoins.

 

Firstly, they are not very traceable, secondly the states would not have control over them, so it is much more likely that there will be a single currency in crypto, but it won't be bitcoin!

Dollar is a concrete and recognized currency but Bitcoin is an electronic currency. People seek for bitcoin to convert it into dollars. This reality cannot be changed because its a fact

Because a dollar is always a dollar.

But bitcoin: today it can be $11k USD and tomorow it can be $5k USD by one 15m candle.

Yes it could happen in the future but I don't think it will be with bitcoin, the most important banks in the United States can make their own cryptocurrency based on their dollar so they would only make digital a currency that already exists such as the dollar.
Bitcoin is more decentralized, so no country would use it as its currency.
I think that in the not too distant future all the countries of the world are going to digitize their currency but they will not take any existing cryptocurrency at this time to convert it into the currency of their country.
Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrencies are decentralized, not governed by any government or bank regulations and it is good for us users that this continues.

I think not because the dollar is a currency controlled by them, and when many governments want or need more money, what they do is print, this generates liquidity. They cannot have control over Bitcoin and that is something that governments do not like at all, it is something that is more related to power.

A world power will never allow its never altered currency to be replaced by a digital market; Dollar= Centralized  BTC= Decentralized. To the government economically is not convenient; i wish this change in the future but now i think it is imposible.

Bitcoin will need massive marketing and promotion if it want to become used in the mainstream world. Besides Bitcoin has issues regarding high transaction fee and time which will greatly limit their ability from becoming used at a large scale in the future.

It is because it could collapse Americas economy.No country in the world will want to decrease the value of their fiat currency and put their country into risk for Bitcoin.It is a sort of suicide.I think that what America can do is it will accept the Bitcoin for transaction and impose a lot of taxes on it but will keep a deep eye on it.America will try to control Bitcoin and i think it is impossible to control it.
