Well signature links are links that you choose to promote you can only promote 5 links and they should be short and not to big signature are message below my comment.

It’s somehow easy because you can just put that in your account just go to the main account and you can do that and also you can YouTube it their is a lot of tutorials.

Go to your profile then click on setting there is an option of signature but be careful if you write a wrong signature then you have a warning point So before making your signature just read instructions of making signature .

I didn't use yet signature on my comments. But we put signature from our profile setting. I didn't understand why we use any signature here in comment?
