You can post in any other section.. There is no prohibition on you to comment or post only into this section... But this is better for you to  stay only in this section only as a new member... As a new member on the forum everyone doesn't have the knowledge and experience about the forum and also about the crypto currency.. So if they goes to other sections then it will create some problem for them and may be they will kicked out from the forum.. So in my opinion you need to stay here until you don't think that you have get much knowledge and experience about the crypto currency.. Then you are freely to post into other sections also.
