Dear members we know that our cryptocurrencies protection wallets are depended on about the private key.

So if we don't remember about it, we have to assume the loss of our cryptocurrency forever.

So lets go to participate through this topic with our ideas and giving our opinions on how to save our private key.

I know there are many methods to save it and the best is writing it in paper. But I'm sure there are a lot of others methods.

What do you think about converting your private key letters to numbers?..

Will be easy to remember them?..:classic_huh:

It is a good strategy, but hey I use a private keychain of keys and passwords which I use thanks to an android application of a bank in my country so it gives me more security and when I need to recover the private keys I have them in a place sure.

Personally, I would like to write down Private Keys in my notebook and kept in safe. I don't see any point in memorising the Private Keys in this way. It's your choice and services seems good as it changes the letter to numbers.

I checked the sites and , It gives A =1 , and a=1. I think it will impact the private keys. As far I know Private Keys are case-sensitive so this service isn't worth in my view.

And who knows they maybe collecting the input datas in background?

I don't know about others, but for me I can't take risk with my Private Keys.

Even if I memorized my private key, I would definitely store it also on a paper or with some method, which can restore your key (e.g. half of it on a PC, half of it on a sheet of paper etc.). Your brain might remember it for now, but if you don't really use your private key often, then it might be possible, that you will forget it sooner or later. We all know the stories of people, who lost their BTC wallet password. Don't be one of them.

saving your key on desktop which is associated with Internet is totally harmful for your security.keep it memories in your mind or write it in some where like your notebook or on notepad of your phone so that it could be easier to access.

Frankly, I save them in many external sources because losing them is considered a great danger to me, so I write and print them in addition to placing them in other graduated sources because the computer or the phone may break down, so you must protect yourself yourself and always be careful

Hello everyone, I consider that the most advisable thing to write down our private key on a sheet of paper and keep it in a safe place, since having it written down on our computer, there is a risk that our computer will be damaged or that the key is stolen by a third party.

Thank you for such useful information.

Regarding if that's the best way, isn't but rather one of many different options for us to store our private keys.

I also prefer to keep it on a note rather than online or somewhere else as someone's else territory like servers.

Nontheless you could write down to yours books from your real life and keep it safe somewhere hidden just in case for safety precautions.

I would save them in different messages and emails and when ever I need them I would look them but I would never store them like private key of trust wallet. Like if it is private key of trust wallet then I would keep it like PKOTW which will not be understand by normal people.

@tienda The only method that should exist is to write it on paper and keep it well so that it does not get lost, another way to do it is to put our coins at risk, although it could be kept in a well-protected external storage device as well, but paper is the best , the keys are important and that is why you have to give it the seriousness it deserves, saving it in the cloud or in a file inside the device that we use for the wallet is a bad idea.

I think there's no need to start memorizing private keys for retention purposes, it's better to write it down, memorizing alphanumeric words are not that easy

The privates keys becomes very randomly because it contains symbols, capital letters and small letters and also they are so many, so thats loosing is happened in very low percentage, so you can keep your private keys if you cannot afford to remember then and if you lose then it will be unfortunately.

Such as I was heard a news from the certain exchange that's the CEO of that exchange has forgotten the private keys and run away for that, so thats means the members of that exchange was list their money.

Thank you for such a beautiful trick. But I remember my password differently. I use a password that I know very well andIt is also difficult. Letter numbers can be used for this. Date of birth or any more special word can also be used.

I think in my opinion it is important to save it in a paper or write it in a diary or in any personal book in order not to forget.it is also cool if one can memorize it.but it is not advisable to store it in any desktop connected to internet for security reasons.your phone or personal gmail is another option to save your private key.

Memorizing it is not necessary but devising a plan to remember it is somehow should be the priority. There are plenty of individual suffering from forgetting most of the stuffs they knew in which most of them are important such this thing. I would say that the only person that might be able to memorize it after all the days that past might have a superhuman brain which is only a one in a million scenario in our life. For me, I would say that the only way for me to secure my private key would be writing or typing it down to my notes so that I would still be able to recover and find it somewhere.

It is a very good strategy but I recommend keeping the keys in a safe place because due to this they always have to be modified and at some point it will be difficult to remember easily.

The first golden rule in crypto, according to my opinion, is your private keys = your coins, meaning if you do not have your private keys or lost them, then you have in fact lost your coins, so preserving the private key is the most important thing in Crypto, the best way to keep the private key is to write it on paper and save it in a place Safe, but you can use other methods, for example, you save it in a file and encrypt the file with a password, or you can save the private key with adding a few words that you know and delete them when using.

I memorize my private key in a different way. Like, suppose the private key is my password. So i save it like 3ahpkxr9ter5s8yp1xr3. The password with a pattern 3ahp k xr9t e r5s8 y p1xr3. Here k e y is my password. Then i store it where i can find it out.. Your method so unique and strong too.

It is important to know about the private key so never try to save it in internet because there is a small chance of getting hacked it is better to keep it in a note book or paper which would enable to give more safety and security.
