I think it is not possible. Without any internet access it is not possible. If we want to any transection it is necessary we have internet access then it is possible. I don't know any wallet or exchange who work without internet access.

Bitcoins is a digital currency. So it is not possible to send and receive Bitcoins without internet access. Internet access is always needed when you make any transaction of BTc.  But there are some companies which provide third party SMS service to send and receive Bitcoins. But this method is not more important.  Main thing is making transactions in the presence of internet access..

No i don't thing that's possible. It's a digital currency so it definitely needs the Internet so you can transfer it. Also it needs to be recorded on the blockchain in order ro be legit and trust worthy that's not a scam.
