Do they collect taxes from crypto. I don't think taxes are on crypto except when you convert the cryptocurrency to fiat money. And well, it depends on the account where the money is. So the taxes will be based on which country the money is.

Yeah, it depends on territories. Here in part of Europe, we pay a huge tax of 33% on each cryptocurrency income. There is no restrictions but the tax must be paid, it is not yet implemented in my state though and I hope it won't.
