Its sure you will not be able to get back your lost bitcoin wallet if you do not have the privets  keys or phase  keys..  In this case, only the wallet authorities  has the right  maybe to access  your wallet only if you do not open  the wallet for more than some years as the wallet authorities  expect ..

Personally try to find the private key at any wallet I register with and type it down at a piece of paper which I safely store somewhere noone would ever bother to look. Yeah if we lost our privet keys then it can't b accessed that's why they tell us to put our security key in safe place in order not to lose them, but some wallets have email recovering ways,, they send recovery phrase through our emails but not all wallets do this.
