Yes you need both. mainly you need programming skills to maintain but to create a coin you need to use your asset for creating an contract address.

Yep, you can go ahead of such type since these ICO's are crap but for building capital in large is essential. I hope you will start the business and if you need investment, then try ICO, but leave it aside.

I saw some videos on youtube where all the details are completely define that how we can create our own coin and also how we can add our coin on any exchange so i think its a best idea that if are going to create any coin and launched that because for that you need some money just go on youtube and watch the videos in detail.

I have already started the project and until now, there has not been any need for spending a penny on it, but seems like if i'm to go serious with this most money will have to be used in promotion.

I will try my best but on every program there is always a security vulnerability, so I can not guarantee 100% security

Like i said to the other guy, this project will start as an educational purpose project, only when it catch interest I will go real with it.

What is your purpose by creating a coin? You should have the purpose before other things in your imagination. Otherwise, stick with the Satoshi creation.
