If you really need to create your own coin without spending a bucks then you really need a programming skills in order to build the coin that you want to create. 

 

If you like to create without using your knowledge then you can hire someone to do it for you, right now creating coin is not that expensive already as many already know how to create it. If you have like 200$ then you can already have your own coin.

I do have programming skills all i need is a little studying about how blockchain works and a guide to creating my own coins.

I do not understand why you are trying to make your own coins despite having so many coins online. But I would like to say that making coins is not an easy task. This requires a lot of programming skills. This skill is not easily available. And anyone can make money without programming. Then all the people in this world would have their own coins. yes, of course you need programming skill and yes you need some capital to start.

and the initial capital depend on what you want to do with this coin, i mean if you want to make a coin just for fun you can start with 0$ but if you want to do a real project then you money for the other members of the team that help you to create all the stuff, to advertise your coins through media, to legalize it, to upgrade it, and a lot more things

I think to be able to develop new tokens does not have to be clever in the programmer or coding. Thats what in wanted to here, if i can make a coin with zero budget, because i want to do this for educational purpose f you read some of my replies. And yes i do have programming skills, just not in blockchain part.
