I am not really fan to doing technical analysis. So i will describe some my opinion here about NEO.

NEO is good coin where i think have good project for the future. Seem that coin coming from China. That coin working to build blockchain for some token. Like Ethereum but it is from China. Overall that is not big problem and seem good for the future. If you holding it i see you can also get some GAS. That is good news.
