I think both are talented and hard workers. Scammers are very hardworker and they work hard for the scam. But developers are very talented than the scamers therefore they save their website from the scamers.

Scammers and hackers are quite different, scammers are deceivers with sweet words to deceive the greeds while hackers are the once trying to penetrate account or website to have access and steal. Humans are just humans, some people are talented while some are not. Talent is not about the field of work, it.is about you yourself in the field. I can say they are nothing talented, both scammers and developer but developers make use of legit ways to earn which deserves respect.

Of course con artists are no more talented than developers. Developers have to keep expanding their network and scammers are always looking for ways to hack into the network underneath. If developers don't keep updating the network then scammers and hackers will always find ways to hack.

In the current world we live in I believe hackers are being more talented than developers because the developers might have more equipment to upgrade their website and social security system but there is always a loop and it takes a really talented person to find this loop hole in the system and hack into the system, thereby cracking all the codes created. Frankly, this varies from one developer to another, but if the hack and theft were done, then this means that the developer made some mistakes without paying attention, and the developer may be the same who does fraud on other sites, so I cannot judge that the fraudster is more talented than the developer.

No, it's not that scammers are more talented than those who develops the applications. It is just that they are more wittier than the devs. Their mind is focused on how they could get victims while devs focused on how they can develop an amazing application.

Yeh i think the scammers are more talented than others . They are more advance than others . When we put our one step than they think more than us means two step . They show more qualities than real qualities . Developers are different from scammers . We cannot compare both of them .

I think there is everything, there are very talented programmers and there are also talented hackers, but what is clear is that these kinds of people are very intelligent where the same programmers can become scammers, therefore we must be very careful
