The driven factors of the price of the Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency are the supply and demand, meaning if the are a lot of crypto holders sell their cryptocurrency then the price of it would decrease, while when the holders buy and accumulate more cryptocurrency then its price will rise up. That's why it is easy to the crypto whales to manipulate the price of the cryptocurrency as they are the one that have so much cryptocurrency in their wallet.

Normally Bitcoin's market supply and demand is what determines its price either to rise or to fall whereby its price goes up when buying pressure increases whenever a large amount of Bitcoins is bought on the market which will drag Bitcoin's price up to and goes down when the selling pressure increases whenever a large amount of Bitcoins is being sold on the market which will drag Bitcoin’s price down

Bitcoin price is not controlled or determined by any on or any organisations, but the investors demand will put some fluctuation or rice and drops on the price of bitcoins, that's means when a lots of bitcoins are  purchased the price rice and when a lots of bitcoins are selled it drops.
