This is a post by a newbie member it is obvious that he doesn't know what he is doing and made a post with no content, I have seen many as these lately but the forum is doing the best they can to remove all the spam messages, making a post about that is not useful either as there are thousands of similar posts that are some words or no words.

Though the forum is for creating and sharing ideas, thoughts, and other contents, this is are the problems we, the admins, and the moderators face. 
Topics being posted, or rather useless topics, are not moderated easily due to increasing members and posts. This problem allowed useless posts to be counted as one "POST".

This is an extreme example but let's participate in a post that has something to save to respond, even some bad ones can get something positive to answer, but there are others that overcome the inconsistency but still receive incohente messages.

Yes the only problem with the newbies is they are lazy to search first before they publish what is in their mind. Newbies should search further information so they have ideas about the topic, and if the topic in their mind needs anyone's opinions and it it not exist in forum, i think that's the time they only need to publish topics.

@alexisfuentes It's always better, if people correct themselves. In fact learning from ones own mistake is the best way to learn. Being a responsible member of the cryptotalk forum; users must focus on quality contents, share relevant information and reply to the topics if they've good knowledge of and so on. And if someone, is violating the rules, or isn't giving attention to community standards we must acknowledge them with their mistakes, and mention them on the prior post so that, they could take notes of and correct themselves and make themselves updated with the codes of conduct or the forum rules.

I think you are right about that, a post that is empty and contains nothing probably means that this member will get warning at least or even banned. I think that of course we can do a lot better but this could have been some mistake or bug and maybe the user didn't notice it. You have to see all the comments from someone to judge better.

to ban those who are abusing the forum we should report their works so the moderators could easily see it and i think we also need to give them negative rating so that they can improve their posts. We are all learning here so we should keep this forum clean, we should help the moderators to do that.

Well i don't they have read the post.They have just reputations to him Nowadays some people share their comments in a wtsapp group.And beg to them for reputation.And then he get these kind of reputation.But these kind dosen't matter.We can also call a spam reputation.Those who get reputation with cheating,means nothing.
