It is decentralized coin. No single person or authority could control it. Only if anyone has big amount of btc he can disturb its price buy selling or buying of btc but he could not control its market growth worldwide.

If you're thinking about the Bitcoin Foundations, those are there for supporting education, adoption and development in Bitcoin. The developers are for improving the software, but they cannot a change in the protocol unless there's a complete consensus between all user. Essentially Bitcoin is controlled by all Bitcoin users across the world.

Why are you mixed up? How can you be saying in one hand that no one controls Bitcoin and on the other hand saying, "there might be some sharks who control it."  What's fact is that control of Bitcoin is in the hand of all the users and no one in particular.

That's a silly question. Bitcoin was created decentralized. Which means this coin is not controlled by any party. Maybe you have heard that the whales who control bitcoin. But there is no indication of that and if it is true they will never be able to rule it. The whales will also need to go up to take a breath.

There are none that can control how bitcoin works, how it functions. But if we talk about bitcoin holdings and bitcoin trading then there is an actual possibility that there is. People with huge holdings we call whale have a large influence over the trades. The moment they buy the price go skyrocket and the moment they sell the price greatly plummets.

1 - There is no way to control bitcoin, it is true that the community has had some fights in the past, but there is no way to control bitcoin (I will not go into details about miners VS china)
