Cryptocurrencies are fully banned in my country, some months ago, the Government even passed a law of tracking all the accounts that's used to purchase cryptocurrency and to block them instantly and you'll face the consequences of the law if you're caught.

Our central bank do regulate limited number of crypto such as bitcoin and ethereum through a specific digital payment app. But the government do not conform to any crypto to be used officially in the country. Still the bitcoins were too popular among citizens.

In my country, located in south east asia, people have been exposed into cryptocurrencies and that most of them are also engaging into trading. Perhaps my country has not had any say about it but I guess they are open to its possibilities.
