Mercatox is a good exchange in case of me. I do not know why you are alarming people here. Maybe a set of traders are doing something wrong on the Mercatox exchange site.

In fact Mercatox is a low-level exchange, where you can list any currency as long as you pay an amount, they don't check a quality project before listing, they just list to earn money

I tend to disagree with you partly. It is the responsibility of the investor to do good research before buying any token.

Can you go buying a dead coin then blame it on an exchange? I see see many dead coins on yobit exchange and many good coins too.

Does the presence of dead coins make an exchange scam? I guess not.

Well the decision lie with individual investor.

Thanks for letting us informed about the scam of Mercatox exchange. As they have low fees and lack of regulation before listing tokens, it's huge concern for the traders of that exchange. That's why we shouldn't try many exchanges as Yobit, binance are trusted alternative available already.

@Ridam Do not believe everything blindly 😂. It is UK based and genuinely established exchange. Yes, some demerits are there for it but it is not a scam exchange. I have using this exchange for a long time without any problem.

@Whited35 Really? It means people are defaming the exchange without getting proper information and experience. I guess the exchange is charging less fee for listing and because of listing shit coins some members are hating whole exchange.🤣If you haven't replied I wouldn't dare to use Mercatox Exchange.

I have experienced several times with mercatox. It's really slow and doesn't have as many pennies as the yobit.

It is the part of their marketing strategies to take a less charge for listing the new coin but I am pretty much sure all such project should undergo other strict verification procedures to get listed on this exchange. Mercatox also allowed voting system to choose the best coins to get listed but all voters have to be KYC verified. Just focusing on some demerits, it will not be good to accuse exchange fake and scam.

Actually, 

Last time when i wanted to withdraw my coins from Mercatox,

The transaction was on processing process for almost two days.

And then i have to contact Mercatox support team to cancel  that withdrawal and try to trade my coins to TRX.

I don't trust mercatox a lot either but I don't understand these exit scamming from some exchanges. Some have very nice models and can become very profitable so they don't need to run with the money as after a few years they will be able to make ten times more if they don't scam.

If the exchange is only listing scam coins and trading pairs, it means that they don't list legit coins such as bitcoin right, while there is no exchange that's don't list bitcoin.

This bag is one of the worst I have ever used, it has very high fees and the wallets are always being maintenance I think it is very risky to leave large funds in this bag

Sometimes one currency is listed in only one exchage and for that you must download that exchange and hence people traped in such kind of things.

From now on I will know a bit better of mercatox. 

I was also surprise at his Interface being a big odd just like a scam site with alot of unplausible information and some weird UI blocks.

 

Anyway i think i wouldn't even use it just because of such homepage weird feeling environment and specially as you've mentioned with such very low fees.

Thanks for telling us this, but I do not like to explore too much because of scammers, I like what I use, I use to it, which is not shady like other exchanges that are shady, some people will only try to be using several unknown exchanges and be scammed.

Such exchanges like this even if they will list bitcoin, it means that will not be really bitcoin, and in order to know if it is a fake bitcoin, they will show high trading volume of bitcoin than any exchange.

If you don't know about Mercotex then today i will tell you about it.It is universal Market platform dor crypto currencies amd works.as a.wallet like other wallets.They only trade in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Lite coins. Because it is a wallet then they provides services like deposit and withdraw .

It is very big risk to be using such exchanges like this that's have too much problems such as wallet maintenance, for example many of tokens in yobit are always being in maintenance because they don't have any future.

Those exchanges at the beginning its true they don't have a reason to scam people while they really a profit from what's people trade, but the reason thats makes them to scam is thats they are not able to get into the competition of exchanges because there has so many exchanges, so they know that they cannot get a good profit because of lack of investors to their exchange, so thats why its lead them to run out with investors depesits.

What a bad review from its user, no good comments from every users of this shity coin. Too bad! .....they are only good at offering fake coins even at a very low volume. Isn't it obvious the scammers are at work? It is very glaring that this exchange platform is not coming from a good and reliable source. We should all be extremely when transacting with unrecognised exchange like this in order to avoid being scammed.

Thanks for this information brought here, I never use any exchange aside yobit, but is good to experience different exchange and see their differences. I think the low fees they have for listening a coin attract scammers and i do think they are after the money and not whether the project is legit or not before listing coins.
