Have an updated antivirus, do not open fraudulent pages that deceive you by pretending to be the page. You do not notice the difference, be aware of which address we send our cryptocurrencies because the virus can change the address or qr.

- A licensed antivirus software is a life saver.
- If possible, obtain anti-malware software against trojans.
- Once a month check your browser plug-ins, delete the ones you don't know.
- Do not store your passwords on your computer, write on paper; at home and at work.
- Have a combination of symbols + uppercase and lowercase letters + numbers in your passwords. Example: KjTy876 & / () + $
- Do not click on links from unknown places.
- Telegram accounts of exchanges do not send you the first message. Block those who seem to be trying to help.

thanks for the tips, it really is important to know these things. That may seem silly like entering a page or talking to a nice person on telegram who wants to help you buy cryptocurrencies, but it is actually very dangerous. it is better to avoid strange messages of help. and enter unknown pages that can infect your device with malware.

the way to this is very simple because we should not even give our identity information and bank account information to bank personnel

I think the best and practical way of dealing with people who are committing fraudulent acts is to ignore them and being careful to all kind of actions we are going to commit in the cyber space. The problem why most people are getting scammed is because they trust so early just because of some promising words that the scammers says to them which turn out to be a proof that most of the users are greedy enough to make this kind of risky decision to their assets. This is why most of the scammers are taking advantage of this attitude of the most of the users so they could easily practice they fraudulent acts to those kind of users.

These are just some ways to ensure you are safe but I also like to add another one. If you are able to enable 2 factor authentication then you should because it is a very good security feature that will only let you as the owner enter unit your account.

Thanks, this is very good advice, the password especially because an easy one to remember is a security risk and emails have been hacked in millions. We have to protect our online identity and the forums and all the service we are using to avoid losing money.

No one is immune from online fraud, and unfortunately, most likely, Internet fraud will always be relevant. It seems to me that if sites and applications encrypt all data and do not control user actions, then there will be fewer cases of fraud in the network.

There are many types of fraud in which we have to be very careful is with computer hackers since they can easily steal our cryptocurrencies and we cannot realize when they are doing it or who stole them since we cannot track cryptocurrencies  So keep a lot of security in your wallet and put a difficult password so that it is more difficult for them to steal it and not get into sites since in some sites they steal all your data.

@gbfishermy friend the fraudulent and scamming activities are performing at every place of earning.  They caught us by playing the tricks and offers us a high amount instead of this and we can easily be agreed to work with them. And in this way they loss their amount and these kinds of sites don't work for a long time. So we must be careful about these irrelevant activities and informs to the moderaters and admins ,then they will take action against them.

There are so many issues we need to protect and so many scammers thinking of ways to outsmart us that it become a game of hide and seek sometimes as the scammers are hidden everywhere. It becomes tiring after a while and I have stopped using many applications for this reason.

Yea, clicking links from unknown sources is the easiest way to get scammed, because you may download silent miners or trojans or encrypting software. Be careful and double check everything!

Good advice given and some very good details too that most don't ever do. Checking the browser addons is also important as maybe someone has allowed one that could be a malicious software or have installed it without knowledge. Also the passwords need to be difficult as only numbers and letters are easy to hack. And telegram of course is not to be trusted.

Thanks a lot and I really mean it. The advice given especially for the password is something important and not discussed a lot. I was thinking a lot about it and how to store passwords and it is best way as you said to have the passwords written in paper and not in files, also have strong passwords and not weak ones.

The only option you have is to be careful. Be careful in sense that the peoples you ask advice from, the website you search for information, the kind of trading you invest in will determine what will happen to you. Those are the reasons why people are scammed because they were not careful and refuse to ask questions from the right person.

I usually use the same password  for each website and same email address too and my google acvount keeps the password  for me, amd I haven't  faced any issue  with that.

There are a few things that we need to do to prevent our exposure to scammers and hackers and all these in this post are some of what we need. The rest are about avoiding discussing with people we can't trust and this is anyone online, using private messages. Don't follow their links and don't listen to what they say.
