actually thats a good move from the forum technical team but the members are not using it well , because i see spam and copy coller , low quality posts every day but there no negative rating in them , what is the reason ?

i think the purpose of reputation system is to encourage good posts, and to limit the number of useless posts, but as you said some members are changing it into fights and taking revenge.

It was a very good idea for the admins to hide the identities of the members who give bad reputation to unhelpful posts as this will prevent them from being afraid to give bad reputation to bad posts and hence will make this group more helpful as the bad posters will be discouraged to post more unhelpful comments.

Now even you can give the negative rating without any restriction but now there are not much people to give negative points, only few with less characters per post and with different languages than English in the posts.

It is a good move from the moderators, now the topics and members can be categorized in all logic and there is no way of revenge, because you can not know who gave you a good reputation or gave you a bad reputation for your topic and this is a good thing that helps in fighting spammers.

Yes many pepoles are afraid giving bad reputation and when you give someone  a bad reputation the person is likely to give the same bad reputation to ypu make the  whole thing. cryptotalk  is that the identity of the members who gives reputation to the post is anonymous and therefore there should not be of giving a negative reputation

The forum itself has made some changes and it is very useful. That is why we can now find out who did the reputation. We get a lot of bad reputation even if we can be empowered by what some people give us. You are right my friend, I also have seen some useful posts having very useful contents have been gotten some negative reputations. Suddenly I got that in to my mind it would be given as revenge. But then I think how it could be? Because the reputation rate given by someone is known only by the moderators. Then there is no reason to give bad reputation in revenge. May be the other reasons make them to give bad reputationa. But you have shared a good content for the beginners and others too.

I would say you have to learn to overcome fear.  There are so many people they can't see people like that.  They do it for the sake of revenge or for revenge.
