That is true dear friend, I think we should be reporting according to the posts that clearly violate the rules, so the moderators delete these posts and punish those who made them. As for wrong and meaningless content, it is our duty as a member to evaluate such unhelpful posts when we found them unhelpful in the forum we should rate them negative reputation, and thus we have fulfilled our duties towards the forum because posts which receive a negative reputation they are paying them by the admin in the forum according to the rules.
