The cryptocurrency it is just like internet where we can work and gain profit without any expenses.  This is a procedure that is already being conducted automated and by the Bitcoin software, there is nobody conducting it, The process of cutting in half every four years is automated in order to maintain a certain quantity in the market in order to control  the price. I think the one who invented halving was a different person.

Bitcoin is software, the halving is inside the software, it was not one day a developer decided to change the code and have the halving put into it. Satoshi was the one that envisioned Bitcoin and it hasn't changed almost not at all since the beginning.

The BTC is totally decentralized so its network is not modifiable and is predetermined to reduce each year as if it were automatically so the reductions do not depend on anyone, only the miners who are only in charge of the transactions and not of the reduction.

I think Bitcoin halfling is the process that Bitcoin rans through to be divided into equal parts and each part o it has the same equal value of Bitcoin , but this process is not endless one and only few million of Bitcoin are not processed yet and that is why some people expect that when Bitcoin is no longer divisible it will have extremely high price.

this apparently does not have a control but something that is automatic therefore I think that not even the miners have access to these things therefore despite the fact that it is something that happens every 4 years it is automated.

No one controls it, the time for halving, increasing mining difficulty etc. they are all written in the source code of the Bitcoin and it is hardcoded so cannot be changed in the future. That's what makes it unique, secure, reliable and cannot be manipulated by the programmers or the development team.
