It is true that working in group results better but I don't understand your idea that how it is going to work for an individual who is working to collect the currency from different sites and at the end he distributes it. By doing this all the members will have same reward and member who had worked betther will get the same and who had worked not will get the same ?

Ye brother I also have faced this problem once, this might be the technical problem or probably it happens when there are no bitcoins in to the yobit. You don't need to worry it will be alright after sometime. Keep trying. I have faced it after sometime it was fixed automatically.
