Yes there are many game online that give free coin in return. My believe is that as you're playing that game you be earning and also helping that site to grow. Your data will be charge and it will be of advantage to the owner of the site. But to make money from it you will do much.

Yes many games on the play store are offering cryptocurrencies by playing them. But many of them are scams. They can also still your mobile's data. I have tried to play two or more games but they were useless as they only want to commercialize their ads. So far I did not go through with any game that offers some kind of cryptocurrencies in reality. So I will suggest you to not to try these games

I don't think i even heard of games on Google play store that one can earn from not until now perhaps because I don't have believe in earnings of such as i am always careful falling to the hands of the scammers, i am always being careful of any earning activity i engage in.

There may be some legitimate applications that give you cryptocurrencies for playing games but I have heard that most of them are scams.

Well this is my first time of hearing that there are some games on Google play store which one can play and earn when someone complete a challenge. I never have believe in games like this though but with the comments of the members on this, i think its real but will requires an expert to play the game. Yes, if someone design a game and he or she wants to promote it, they pretend to give members some coins,  and it all ways of trying to make people know about there work, through there they waste people time, I really don't trust game site that pays in Bitcoin
