Yes, we all feel nervous, and that's a human impression. You have to calm yourself down, get out of the situation you are in, go out for a walk, and when you come back, think again and carry your confidence and be strong.

It is normal to panic when we are exposed to a real problem, but we must control our nerves and not allow them to control us because panic leads to tension and may cause some problems such as making hasty decisions that lead to the loss of our money, so patience, calmness and work are the most important in cryptocurrencies.

Sometimes I panic when I feel like I'm going to lose a lot but with you right the panic causes the wrong solutions so we have to wait and take a deep breath to understand and solve it and no problem asking the experienced people it always give useful advice .

 I agree with you my friend I panic that make us sometimes not good at all .. Your emotions and emotions will lead to you making rash and incorrect decisions ..
We should all remain calm and patient in times of crisis, not make decisions in moments of anger, sadness or panic, and wait until we calm down and think carefully .

Absolutely right my friend.. Being a man we don't  need to be dis hearted.. We need to find solutions of our problems.. So whenever we face problem then we need to find its cause from which it originated and then it's solution.. If you didn't find any solution then try again and again because every problem comes with its solution so there will be anywhere its solution... Don't need to disheart. Take help from others may be some of them will be valuable for you and will find its solution.. So never panic about your tentions..It hope that it will be helpful for those who get panic suddenly and don't face there situations.

Panic is not a good thing for life it's disturbing life I think we fight for the good life good things and keep calm for the best life penic is not a healthful thing for our life it disturb over normal life I think it is not a good thing for our best life we we try to solution for the best things best life.
