Some people want good reputation without doing anything. I think we should give bad reputations to those who don't post good content. The rules are meant to be followed and I my then would we discover those that are spamming the forum.

It is really a good post and I agree with you we should try to work at this section considering the newbies who don't have much knowledge about the forum and its rules. So we should try to teach them he rules and regulations and tell them what to do and how to do in simple words that they could understand easily.
