Request to site admins: delete duplicate topics please

This is true. The are a lot number of repeated topics in the forum. The users are looking forward to new and explorative topics. It would be good if a feature is introduced that can detect duplicate topic so that the users can make more innovative topics. This way a lot of duplicate and repetitive topics can be avoided to a large extent.

I think the admins are carefully checking the new created topics now because last time I was gonna reply on the newly created topic then when I'm gonna send it, suddenly there was an error saying that the topic couldn't find. So I think the duplication of topics will be avoided now.

Yes you are right and i am also agree with you. We should avoid ourself from doing the same ques and topic again and again. It looks so bad. We should not do this. And also our dear admin please look upon this topics and delete the duplicated post.

Really that is a problem in the community, the duplicate issues, because they do not help its growth; I consider that this is a reasonable request to the administrators, I hope they attend it and solve this problem that avoids the good quality positions in the community.

You are correct that we have many duplicate posts that need to be deleted but I think that the posts that are older are not deleted and the focus is on having better new posts and avoid duplicates in the later in the forum. Looking back a lot in a forum is not very important and maybe locking a lot of posts will be more appropriate.

The number of duplicate topics has increased much more since you posted this because now the forum is paying to the members which are getting highest number of votes. So,the spammers are fulfilling with duplicate topics and unrelated stuffs to get some positive votes. I hope admin will do something about this for the welfare of the forum.

Deleting copied comments occurs every day by forum administrators, of course all comments can not be deleted, but still admins often clean them up

You are absolutely right, not to mention some topics that I have seen which do not make sense, some people in this forum are not being original, and that cryptotalk should not allow it, I have also seen non-cryptocurrency related topics and they are still there.

I have seen that the forum moderators are enforcing the rules and the policy of the forum and are acting against all same duplicate violations of the forum. It is good to see that members of the forum are also actively writing about these violations of the rules and we all have to be careful and respect the forum rules.

Many publish a certain topic but the content is different or some develop it better than others, of course it would be good to make sure that the topic already exists, although it seems fair to me and I have seen publications totally empty of logic with certain topics and others that may address that topic much better not do it because it already exists, I think the best thing would be to eliminate useless content

Rules are clear about duplicate topics and they should be removed, I kow the forum is doing the best and it reduces the spam and duplicates but some times many posts can evade this and are still up for many months without being detected.

Although i understand this insanity they cant just delete it that easily as many of us had seen this we had to deal with it sucks to be true but they sometimes delete few spammed posts about same thing but not too much because other similar discussions had different story to it.

I think duplicate topics are inevitable. maybe they didn't use the search engine before. If the layout is different, it should not be deleted. If the copy is identical, it should be deleted.

Yes it is very often that many spammers come and just copy paste all those comments and copying content which should be deleted because you can find yourself replying the same comment to all of them and your comments may all be deleted.

This is not just it brother.If we look at the tutorial section you can see that mutiple posts with same names are there for a long time.I really wonder why didn't the admins see it.I know there's a lot work to do for them.I reported too.But still posts are there.We help to clean forum but moderators should consyour help too.

Series of topics deserve to be deleted because of similarities which is also contributing on increasing the rate of spamming, plagiarizing and useless post. It's our collective responsibility too as members in the forum to play our own role by reporting to the moderators for proper action to be taken.

This is already a problem discussed here on the forum, but there are still people who make this mistake, perhaps because they don't read the rules, or because they don't want to obey the rules. Yes, it is really annoying even for the members. We no longer know what topic we have commented and which ones we have not commented. I hope to delete the recurring topics without delay so that many comments will not be collected and deleted with it.
