I think yobit is the best platform for the cryptocurrency because they are specially to work for the cryptocurrency.... There are many fake exchanges that make you fool. In my opinion, binance is best crypto exchange because it is secure and have low trading fee. I recommend you to use binance.

I think you can trade your tokens in almost all the exchange and some p2p exchange like etherdelta and forkdelter can be used for tokens trading.  Other exchanges like binance,  bittrex,  cryptopia,  poloniex also allowed tokens trade.  If I didn't understand your questions very well please do try to reflame it again so that other people can give you more replies.

Yobit is a best exchange platform as it is highly secure and investing is always profitable still there are many exchange platform like Binance Bittrex and many more still advise u don't go for some unknown platform which promise a large profit so try to avoid them as they are mostly fraud

In my humble opinion, there are many exchanges to choose from, but I think that a good exchange is one that gives you all the security you can, such as 2FA, among another security method, protect you with powerful passwords, both yobit and binance seem to me to be a secure platform. as long as you activatex all the security provided by said platforms
